More Lambert family Mildmay Ontario

The lovely home of "cousins" Jeff & Erin Robinson
Bill & Erin at the likely site of the old woolen mill run by Willison Lambert
We spent our last day in Canada with Erin Robinson, who is a descendant of Bill's great-uncle Willison Lambert. Erin has done a great deal of archival research, and showed us many photos of this part of the Lambert family we had never met, then took us on a driving trip to the little town of Mildmay, where her ancestors had a woolen mill and owned property in the 1800s.
We crossed back into the US, staying at a lovely park on the shores of Lake Huron; today we'll head to Michigan's "west coast"; tomorrow into Chicago for a long-awaited visit with family and friends.
The stream that would have been their water source
